Continuous blood pressure monitoring reveals association between tOH and adverse events in PD

Transient orthostatic hypotension (tOH) is more common than classical orthostatic hypotension (cOH) in patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD), researchers have reported. Continuous blood pressure (BP) monitoring showed it was associated with risk of falls, syncope, and orthostatic intolerance.
