High frequency of neurotoxicity associated with CAR-T therapies in lymphoma patients

A longitudinal study of patients with lymphoma treated with CAR-T therapy has revealed a high frequency of neurotoxicity, underlining the need for neurological assessments of patients before and repeatedly after therapy infusions.
