High prevalence of headache and migraine seen in patients with chronic neuropathic pain

According to researchers at AHS 2020, around one-quarter of patients with peripheral chronic neuropathic pain (CNP) have chronic headache. Of these, approximately two-thirds have a diagnosis of chronic migraine.
