    Despite advances in identifying genetic variants responsible for numerous neurological diseases, access to genetic testing remains limited in clinical practice. This important study highlights the key barriers to genetic testing that could be addressed to improve diagnosis, testing and interventions in movement disorders, particularly in areas outside North America and Europe.
